GABB IP NMRV Gear Reducers: Types and Availability in Mexico
GABB IP is BIOSA Motion Technologies' own brand for worm gear reducers. This is its complete NMRV series and availability.

GABB IP NMRV Gear Reducer Product Line
GABB IP NMRV reducers are available in seven sizes, from 040 to 130, with reduction ratios ranging from 5:1 to 100:1 in standard steps of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, and 100. The housing is manufactured from aluminum using a patented heat immersion process, providing greater thermal capacity than an equivalent cast iron housing. This allows the reducer to operate at higher power levels while maintaining proper temperature control during operation.
Key Technical Specifications
Double bearing support on the output shaft: Provides greater support for radial loads and improves durability under demanding operating conditions. Double-lip oil seals and O-ring type gaskets: Improve sealing performance and help prevent lubricant leaks during operation. NEMA and IEC compatible flanges: Provide flexibility for coupling different motor standards according to the application requirements. Available service factors for three load classifications: A (uniform load), B (moderate shock load), and C (heavy shock load), allowing proper selection according to operating conditions. Maximum torque up to 1,550 Nm and radial load capacity up to 18,000 N: Available in the largest sizes for applications requiring higher mechanical performance.
Why GABB IP is BIOSA’s own brand
GABB IP was created as BIOSA Motion Technologies’ own power transmission line, with a presence not only in worm gear reducers but also in aluminum couplings and industrial chains. This allows BIOSA to offer permanent stock availability across its branches, shorter delivery times compared with direct-import brands, and competitive pricing compared with established brands such as SEW, Dodge, Rossi, and Sumitomo, while maintaining the quality required for most standard industrial applications.
When to Choose GABB IP Over Other Brands
GABB IP NMRV is the recommended option when the application does not require extreme torque levels or maximum energy efficiency, and when immediate availability or project budget are decisive factors. For applications with higher technical demands, very high torque requirements, or where energy efficiency is a critical factor, SEW, Rossi, or Sumitomo continue to be BIOSA’s technical recommendation. This allows BIOSA to offer the right solution according to each application: GABB IP for standard industrial needs focused on availability and cost-effectiveness, and premium brands for projects requiring maximum performance and specialized engineering.
Availability at BIOSA
GABB IP NMRV reducers are available with permanent stock at BIOSA branches in Guadalajara, Aguascalientes, León, Querétaro, Monterrey, and Hermosillo, with shipping throughout Mexico, U.S. border regions, and South America.
