Roller bearings

NSK designs and manufactures bearings capable of withstanding the most demanding operating conditions. These bearings resist seizures, maintain dimensional stability, withstand high radial and moderate axial loads, and withstand wear despite constant vibrations, misalignment and impact loads. Regarding performance improvements we can speak of more precise inner and outer ring diameter, an extremely tight tolerance of the inner radial clearance and thermally treated rollers with greater capacity to withstand impact loads.

Plummer blocks

To ensure effective sealing, cast iron bearing supports are available with a wide variety of special sealing and end cap options. Manufactured in both NSK and RHP, the benefits include ease of assembly and disassembly of the axles.

Cast iron supports can be used with high load bearing spherical roller bearings or self-aligning ball bearings. Standard cast iron supports are made of high strength cast iron, but are also available in cast steel or cast iron with spheroidal graphite. Cast iron supports can be re-lubricated with grease and oil.

Supports
NSK manufactures a wide range of supports. These include RHP Self-Lube, our recognized standard, and other special ranges such as Silver-Lube, Life-Lube and Molded-Oil. On each stand there are two basic components, the insert and the housing.

NSK brackets contain a single groove deep groove ball bearing sealed with a spherical outer ring and an extended inner ring, assembled on a cast iron bracket or flange housing. Due to the spherical seating, the supports accept misalignment. This product is also available with different fastening systems that, along with a full range of seals for any type of operating environment, make this product very versatile.

Linear movement

NSK linear guides (also called linear bearings or guide rails) are designed to provide precise linear movement, with series specific to each need that our customers require. For special applications we offer treatments, lubricants and custom-made designs. K1 ™ maintenance free lubrication units are available for most NSK series of linear guides.
